Dragnet is looking for a brilliant sales and marketing professional with excellent understanding of technology and new trends around technology to join our team.

Key Responsibility
The individual will be responsible for:
  • Organizing the marketing and sales side of our business and managing our sales and marketing team to achieve better results.
  • Driving strategy to guarantee the acceptance and adoption of our products and services
  • Initiating strategic partnerships that will strengthen our position in the market
  • Growing our sales revenue for all products in all sectors
  • Positioning our brand and increasing the stature and profile of the company
Key Result Areas
  • Development and implementation of the sales strategy to maintain and drive business growth.
  • Development and implementation of the marketing strategy with a focus on creating and developing the brand proposition and communications.

  • A person who is capable of meeting aggressive sales targets.
  • A person that is capable of inventing and instituting requisite sales processes and must be able to identify ways to gain share of customers' minds and wallets.
  • A natural entrepreneur who is always thinking about business opportunities and would relish the opportunity of being closely involved in the business planning with the rest of the team.
  • A person who will thrive in a fast paced environment and is willing to take risks.
  • A highly networked and motivated team player that is passionate about the introduction and adoption of new technologies.
  • An individual who loves the idea of playing a key part increating something new, someone with enthusiasm and confidence and the drive to make things happen.
  • Must be capable of leading a team by example and must have high energy levels. Whilst this is a senior management position, the individual must understand that in Dragnet everyone multi-tasks and contributes at any level where it's appropriate. We are more interested in performance and commitment than hierarchy and strict working guidelines.
  • Must have a 'Make it happen' mentality
  • He/she must also know how to build and manage brands.

Experience / Qualifications
  • He/she must have an impressive track record in driving sales and launching new products from start to finish.
  • Technology based Project/Product/Service sales experience to Public Sector and Financial Services Sector is compulsory.
  • Must have an entrepreneurial flair.
  • Preferably female.
